=LOVE (イコールラブ Ikōrurabu), also known as Ikorabu (イコラブ) is currently a 10-member Japanese seiyuu idol group produced by Sashihara Rino. They are signed to Yoyogi Animation Academy and release their music under Sacra Music. They released their major first single, =LOVE on September 6, 2017. The meaning of their group name is "Idols must be loved by their fans" and "You must love your work as an idol".
